The Warranty Chick
The name is a joke. The work isn't.
The Warranty Chick started as a way to explain vehicle protection to people the industry had trained not to trust it. It turned into everything else on this site.
Why it exists
Everyone has the same story about extended warranties: a call from a number they did not recognise, a script, a "final notice," and a price that changed three times in one conversation. That is what most people think this business is, and honestly, they have good reason to.
I got tired of watching people either get taken advantage of or get so burned out on the noise that they skipped coverage entirely, and then ate a $4,800 transmission bill on a car they still owed money on.
So I started explaining it. Plainly, publicly, and without a pitch attached. That is the whole brand.
Plain-English contracts
The actual contract, exclusions included, before anyone decides anything.
No robocalls, ever
No cold calls, no auto-dialers, no bought lead lists. You come to me.
Matched to the car
Mileage and model decide the plan, not whatever pays the biggest commission.
No pressure window
Take the quote, sleep on it, compare it. It will still be there tomorrow.
