My story. My mission.
I started in automotive the way a lot of people do, at the bottom, learning the business one conversation at a time. Nearly three decades later I have worked nearly every side of it, from the sales floor through operations and into executive leadership.
Along the way I learned the thing that shaped everything since. The product matters, but the people matter more. Dealers who take care of their customers build businesses that last. Teams that trust their leaders outperform teams that fear them. And customers who understand what they bought stay customers for life.
As VP & General Manager of A-Protect Warranty and Founder of First Class Reputation, I combine strategy, systems, and sales leadership to drive real results.
I'm here to lead, to serve, and to leave a legacy my kids can be proud of.

Six kids. That is the fastest way I know to stay humble, stay organised, and stay honest about what actually matters.
The business is a big part of my life. It is not all of it. The people who work with me know they are getting someone who understands what it takes to build something while raising a family, because I am doing both.
