Business & Leadership
Built on Experience. Driven by Results.
Nearly three decades in automotive, including executive leadership inside the warranty industry, have taught me what actually drives growth: strong people, disciplined operations, trusted relationships, and a customer experience that delivers on the promise.
Leading in the warranty world
Working inside a warranty company has given me a front-row view of what it takes to build, operate, and grow in this industry.
I've worked across sales, operations, dealer development, customer experience, claims, leadership, and business strategy, giving me an understanding of how each part of the organization affects the next.
I've seen what happens when sales and operations work together, and what happens when they don't. I understand the importance of dealer relationships, clear communication, efficient processes, accountability, and ultimately delivering for the customer when it matters most.
That experience shapes how I lead today: build strong teams, create systems that scale, solve problems quickly, protect relationships, and never lose sight of the person on the other side of the contract.
A warranty is a promise. The real test is how you deliver when your customer needs you.
The standard I hold
The best protection, support, and value in the vehicle service contract industry.
That means contracts written to be read, claims handled by people who pick up the phone, and dealer partners who never have to apologise for the product they sold.
- Dealer partnerships built on training, not pressure.
- Claims support that treats the shop as a partner.
- Coverage education so the customer knows what they bought.

Your reputation is the whole business
I built First Class Reputation to help businesses take control of their online presence, protect their brand, and build trust that drives results.
In automotive especially, the review page is the new showroom floor. Most owners are losing deals to a reputation problem they do not know they have.
- Review generation from customers who were genuinely happy.
- Brand protection when something goes wrong publicly.
- Trust that converts, measured against real sales numbers.
How I lead
Systems, then people, then results
High-performing teams are not an accident and they are not a personality type. They are a process.
Diagnose honestly
Most underperformance is a broken process wearing a people problem as a disguise. Find out which one you actually have.
Build the system
Clear expectations, a repeatable process, and numbers everyone can see. Ambiguity is what kills sales teams.
Coach the people
Training is not a one-day event. It is a weekly habit, and it is the difference between a team and a headcount.
Hold the standard
The standard you walk past is the standard you accept. That applies to leaders first and everyone else second.
Let's build what's next.
Advisory, consulting, or a straight conversation about what is not working. Start wherever you are.
